The Co-ord Team (formerly the Leadership Team) meets on Zoom from 11 am to 12 noon on the second and fourth Tuesdays of the month. During these meetings, team leaders and organizers share updates, talk about campaigns, and make decisions to advance our grassroots climate work in Contra Costa County. We also plan events, vote on key matters, and develop strategies to support our mission. Other benefits include:
- Enabling team members to share knowledge, exchange ideas, and increase coordination across various teams and campaigns—strengthening all ongoing projects.
- Fostering shared understanding of our action work and our organizational health through financial updates and regular assessments of our effectiveness.
- Raising important issues, introducing and coordinating new actions, and receiving support from others.
