This project aims to make homes healthier, safer, and more energy-efficient—helping to improve air quality, lower costs, and better protect against heat and smoke. It also supports the growth of local clean-energy jobs by identifying training opportunities and partnerships that can strengthen the future workforce in East Contra Costa County.
