  • Banning New Drilling: Claudia pushed for Contra Costa County to halt new oil and gas permits and phase out existing operations.
  • Workforce Development: She co-sponsored a resolution for a community-driven workforce plan using the Green-Blue New Deal framework.
  • Electrification Efforts: Claudia backed a 2021 initiative to ban natural gas infrastructure in new construction.
  • Traffic Safety Investment: She secured $1.2 million for traffic safety infrastructure improvements.
