During these meetings\, team leaders and organizers share updates\, talk about campaigns\, and make decisions to advance our grassroots climate work in Contra Costa County. We also plan events\, vote on key matters\, and develop strategies to support our mission. Other benefits include:\n\nEnabling team members to share knowledge\, exchange ideas\, and increase coordination across various teams and campaigns—strengthening all ongoing projects.\nFostering shared understanding of our action work and our organizational health through financial updates and regular assessments of our effectiveness.\nRaising important issues\, introducing and coordinating new actions\, and receiving support from others.\n\n\nWe welcome new volunteers and encourage all active members to participate.
