El Cerrito Earth Day 2025 Celebration

Each year in April, the City of El Cerrito celebrates Earth Day with a morning of volunteerism. 
We invite you to join or organize an Earth Day work party!

The City of El Cerrito welcomes volunteers to:

• Help tidy parks & public spaces
• Pick up litter to reduce the amount of trash that ends up in our creeks, waterways and the Bay
• Remove invasive plants and weeds
• Participate in activities that beautify our community’s natural areas

The City encourages individuals, families and groups to register their work parties in advance by completing a Work Party Registration Form or emailing earthday@ci.el-cerrito.ca.us with details on site location, number of volunteers and type of work that will be performed by April 13, 2025.
