This month the Contra Costa Climate Circle will discuss California’s high electricity rates and possible solutions.

According to the Legislative Analyst’s Office, between 2019 and 2023, residential rates rose by 47 percent. There is general agreement on the causes of the rate increase, but considerable disagreement about solutions. How can we generate more local, affordable electricity? Join the next Climate Circle on Monday, April 7th to discuss issues and possible solutions.
